Costco Food Court Pizza

Pepperoni Pizza

Let me just start off my saying, this was my first time eating pizza. WHAT?!!! Yes, my first time! :O Up until today I've been severely allergic to cheese and dairy products. For 18 years, even walking into a pizza restaurant would give me hives/rashes. If a food even had traces of cheese/dairy I would go into severe anaphylactic shock. Through extensive and intensive prayer, I truly can say that Jesus has healed me of my crippling affliction. I've gone to numerous doctors who said that all hope was lost for me as my disease was so severe. What was impossible by man was made possible by God and I am eternally grateful. HALLELUJAH!
You may be wondering why I would go to Costco for my first slice of pizza. Well, we were short on time and the closet place that sold pizza was Costco, so Costco it was! I was pleasantly surprised when the pizza came out. It wasn't soggy looking as it had just come out of the oven. As you can imagine, I was super excited! I took my first bite, and cheesy goodness eroded my tastebuds. Mmmm. The crust was crunchy and the texture of the bread was crispy, and the cheese was deliciously gooey. It wasn't overly salty either. I can't really attest to how this pizza stands amongst its competitors, as this was my first slice of pizza. But rest assured, I will be traveling all over Vancouver in search of the best pizza, pasta, lasagna, and deserts from here on out! Expect ALOT more restaurant reviews. :D Yayyy, are you as excited as I am? I think I'm going to take a looong hiatus from Chinese food haha!
Cheese Pizza

The verdict: For $5, I got 4 slices of pizza and a soft drink, which was a deal! They didn't skimp on the cheese or the quality either! I'd definitely be hitting up Costco for more pizza when I'm in a rush or when I'm looking for a cheap meal!
