Leisure Tea & Coffee

Leisure is one of the cutest coffee shops I've been to in a while! There is a consistent English cottage theme throughout, and they have tea cups displayed on the bar, and vintage paintings on the walls! This place is really relaxing and a great place to hang out with friends. They definitely live up to their name!
I'm in love with their decor! The english cottage vibe is so charming!

I forgot to mention that I wanted my drink to be cold, so I ended up with this haha. I think Leisure does grind their coffee in house. The coffee was robust and not too sweet. However, I don't think it was worth the $5.

This was a totally spontaneous spur of the moment indulgence haha!  I was not planning on eating a huge ice cream waffle waffle an hour after lunch haha. How could I pass up waffles topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup? This was $7 but so worth it!

The ice cream they use is real ice cream (yes there is fake ice cream). I'm actually allergic to the modified milk ingredients present in psuedo artificial grocery store ice cream haha. A lot of asian cafes use artificial ice cream for their desserts, especially for their ice cream box toasts!
The vanilla ice cream was heavenly! Creamy, decadent, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate sauce was not too sweet, and paired very well with the other flavours. The waffle was super thick, crunchy, and buttery and it didn't get soggy from the ice cream!
